By Council Members Salamanca and Kallos WHEREAS, the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development ("HPD") submitted to the Council on February 7, 2019 its request dated February 6, 2019 that the Council approve a new real property tax exemption pursuant to Section 577 of the Private Housing Finance Law (the "Tax Exemption Request") for property located at Block 4134, Lot 1, Community District No. 11, Borough of The Bronx, Council District No. 13 (the "Exemption Area"); WHEREAS, by submission dated March 15, 2019 and submitted to the City Council on March 15, 2019 the Applicant withdrew the application. RESOLVED: The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal in accordance with Rules 6.40a, 7.90 and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council. Adopted.
