Summary
This bill would extend the existing compliance dates for Local Law 196 for the year 2017. Local Law 196 for the year 2017 requires, in part, that construction workers complete an Occupational Safety and Health Thirty Hour Course (OSHA-30) or an additional 20 hours of safety training or a 100-hour training program approved by the Department of Buildings, and comply with the training required by Section 3321 of the New York City Building Code.
