Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 10-181 to read as follows: �10-181 Car Collision educational materials The department of transportation and the police department shall jointly develop and distribute educational materials to inform drivers of protocols to follow if they are involved in a motor vehicle collision. Such materials shall at a minimum include information about when a driver should move a vehicle involved in a collision to a safe location. � 2.
