Summary
This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), in conjunction with other involved City agencies to submit a report to the Council that describes the efforts by the Administration to preserve dwellings, including rent regulated dwellings, as a result of efforts made to curb tenant harassment.
