Summary
This bill would require the Mayor to establish an Office of Technology and Digital Services, to be headed by a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO would serve as a liaison to city agencies for the provision of digital services, advise the mayor and heads of city agencies on issues relating to digital services, review and develop recommendations in response to user complaints regarding digital services, and promote a digital services program.
