Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 14-185 to read as follows: � 14-185 Jaywalking enforcement report. No later than January 15, 2021, and within fifteen days after the beginning of each subsequent quarter, the department shall submit to the speaker and make permanently available on the department's website, in a machine readable format, a report on the number of criminal summonses issued to pedestrians for violations of traffic rules contained within section 4-04 of title 34 of the rules of the city of New York during the previous quarter. All data pursuant to this section shall be listed in total and disaggregated by: 1. race; 2. gender; 3. age, disaggregated by year for the ages of 20 and under, and by age group as follows: 21 to 24 years old, 25 to 34 years old, 35 to 65 years old, and over 65 years old; and 4. borough, precinct, and patrol precinct in which the violation occurred. �2.
