Summary
This bill would require the Police Department to provide the Civilian Complaint Review Board with all records related to the employment history of an officer who is the subject of a complaint of misconduct received by the Board. The Police Department would be required to provide such records to the Board in a digital format whenever practicable, and immediately upon receiving notice from the Board of a complaint of misconduct.
