Summary
This bill would require the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”) to report additional information in the 911 operational time analysis report. This bill would also require the report to be posted on the NYPD website. NYPD would be required to issue the new 911 operational time analysis reports for the period beginning January 1, 2020.
Committee on Public Safety — Police Department, Civilian Complaint Review Board, and Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice, courts, legal services, District Attorneys, and the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor.
