Summary
This bill would require that notices of violation issued by the Department of Sanitation be accompanied by at least one date- and time-stamped photograph of the alleged violation, and an affidavit from the issuing agent containing the date, time and precise location where the photograph was taken, and the name of the individual who took the photograph.
