Summary
This bill would provide domestic violence survivors who are in danger of losing their home due to their status as a domestic violence survivor with rental assistance through CityFHEPS, if they do not qualify for any other rental assistance program and have a gross income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level and meet other requirements as determined by the Human Resources Administration or the Department of Homeless Services.
