Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subdivision d of section 2800 of the New York city charter is amended by adding a new subparagraph 23 to read as follows: (23) Establish a committee dedicated to the needs of veterans and their families, with the meetings of such committee open to the public except as otherwise provided by law. �2.
