Summary
This bill would require the City to establish a family building benefit for City employees intended to cover some or all of the costs of assisted reproduction and adoption for City employees without conditioning reimbursement on an infertility diagnosis. In implementing such benefits, the City would be prohibited from discriminating on the basis of marital or partnership status.
