Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 17 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 17-199.20 to read as follows: � 17-199.20 COVID-19 supplies available by mail. a. The department shall create a website that allows users to request COVID-19 rapid antigen tests and personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves. b. Subject to limitations on quantity established by the department, the department shall mail the requested rapid antigen tests and personal protective equipment to addresses in the city free of charge. � 2.
