Summary
This bill would require the Department of Education (DOE) to develop, in collaboration with the Commission on Gender Equity, informational materials about menstrual products, to be shared with every student in grades 4 through 12. This bill would also require DOE to submit to the Mayor and the Speaker, and publish on its website, an annual report regarding the distribution of such informational materials.
