Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 3-703 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new paragraph (p), to read as follows: (p) if a candidate for member of the city council in a primary, special, or general election, must not have been previously expelled from the city council. � 2.
