Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 3301.12.2 of the New York city building code, as amended by local law number 126 for the year 2021, is amended to read as follows: 3301.12.2 Pre-shift safety meeting content. The pre-shift safety meeting shall include a review of activities and tasks to be performed during the shift, including specific safety concerns or risks associated with fulfilling such work. The competent person who conducts such meeting shall distribute an employer identification card to each worker. Such card shall include the name and contact information of the employer, the name and contact information of the site safety manager and the address of the site. � 2.
