Summary

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to include in its annually updated and public map, required pursuant to Local Law 200 of 2017, certain additional information. It would have to indicate, by zoning lot, the number of bedrooms within affordable housing units created through the New York City inclusionary housing programs, disaggregated by income band.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subdivision 5 of section 26-1702 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 200 for the year 2017, is amended to read as follows: 5. The number of affordable housing units and the number of bedrooms within such units located at or provided in connection with such lot, disaggregated by income band; � 2.
