Summary
This bill would require the Department of Transportation to conduct a pilot program to study materials that are known or reasonably believed to result in lower emissions of carbon dioxide and secondary organic aerosols as alternatives to asphalt in street resurfacing and construction projects and to provide a report on the results of such study.
