Summary
This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide fentanyl test strips and provide training on how to use them at syringe exchange programs, and to provide test strips to attendees of in-person and virtual fentanyl test strip trainings. It would also require DOHMH to provide training to staff at syringe exchange programs on how to use the fentanyl test strips.
