Summary
This bill would require that the Department of Sanitation (DSNY) install surveillance cameras in each community district to identify any person depositing household refuse in a public litter basket. This bill would require DSNY to consult with Council Members, Community Boards and local residents to determine the locations for such surveillance cameras.
