Summary
This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (“HPD”), in cooperation with other relevant agencies, to offer an in-person assistance program for Housing Connect applicants, available in certain public spaces with publicly accessible computers, including older adult centers operated by the Department for the Aging and recreation centers operated by the Department of Parks and Recreation. HPD would be required to conduct outreach to promote awareness of the program.
