Summary
This bill would require any person who imposes a preauthorization hold on the retail sale of petroleum to post a written notice that includes information about the initiation of the hold, the amount of the hold, and the ways a consumer could avoid a hold. The written notice would be displayed where payment for petroleum is accepted.
