Full text
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph 2 of subdivision a of section 20-260 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 59 for the year 2012, is amended to read as follows:
2. Each minute shall be charged at the same rate. The commissioner shall set such rate no later than 6 months after the effective date of the local law that last amended this paragraph. Such rate shall be indexed to inflation in a manner determined by the commissioner.
� 2. This local law takes effect immediately.
