Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 25-414 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as amended by local law number 82 for the year 1990, is amended by adding a new subdivision e to read as follows: (e) A member of the board of directors of a district management association who intends to resign from such appointment shall provide no fewer than 30 days' notice to such board prior to resigning from such appointment. Such requirement shall be incorporated in each district plan prepared pursuant to this chapter. � 2. This local law takes effect immediately. LS #17409 1/9/2025, 4:54pm 1 2
