Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 82 of the New York city charter is amended by adding a new subdivision 19 to read as follows: 19. Establish and maintain an office of community board support. The office shall provide legal, information technology, community planning, and human resources assistance, at minimum, to all community boards in the borough. � 2.
