Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 6-112 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended as follows: � 6-112 False statements. a. Any person who makes or causes to be made a false, deceptive, or fraudulent representation in any statement required by [the board of estimate] an agency to set forth the financial condition, present plant and equipment, working organization, prior experience, and other information pertinent to the qualifications of any bidder, shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine of not less than [one hundred dollars] $1,000 nor more than [one thousand dollars] $100,000, by imprisonment for a period not exceeding [six] 6 months, or both; and the person on whose behalf such false, deceptive or fraudulent representation was made, shall thenceforth be disqualified from bidding on any contracts for the city. b. Any person who makes or causes to be made a false, deceptive, or fraudulent representation in any statement required by an agency to set forth information pertinent to approval of a subcontract shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $100,000. � 2. Section 6-116.2 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 52 for the year 1987, is amended by a section heading to read as follows: Computerized database of information related to franchises, concessions, and contracts. � 3. Subparagraph 9 of paragraph (i) of subdivision b of section 6-116.2 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 5 for the year 1991, is amended to read as follows: (9) [the principal owners and officers of every subcontractor;] with respect to every subcontract submitted to an agency for approval: A. the names of the principal owners and officers of the subcontractor; B. the current business addresses and telephone numbers of the principal owners and officers or the subcontractor; C. any other names under which the subcontractor has conducted business within the prior five years; D. the principal owners and officers of affiliates of the subcontractor and their current business addresses and telephone numbers; and E. whether the prime contractor has any contractual obligations to the subcontractor or an affiliate of the subcontractor. � 3.
