RESOLVED, Pursuant to Section 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Stephen Loffredo. as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board to serve a six-year term beginning on April 1, 2026, and expiring on March 31, 2032.
