Whereas, On June 30, 2026, the Council of the City of New York (the "City Council") adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2027 with various programs and initiatives (the "Fiscal 2027 Expense Budget"); and
Whereas, On June 30, 2025, the Council of the City of New York (the "City Council") adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2026 with various programs and initiatives (the "Fiscal 2026 Expense Budget"); and
Whereas, On June 30, 2024, the Council of the City of New York (the "City Council") adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2025 with various programs and initiatives (the "Fiscal 2025 Expense Budget"); and
Whereas, The Council of the City of New York hereby implements and furthers the appropriations set forth in the Fiscal 2027, Fiscal 2026, and Fiscal 2025 Expense Budgets by approving the new designations and changes in the designation of certain organizations receiving discretionary funding; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Council of the City of New York approves the new designations and changes in the designation of certain organizations receiving discretionary funding pursuant to the Fiscal 2027, Fiscal 2026, and Fiscal 2025 Expense Budgets, as set forth in Charts 1 through 38.
