Summary
This bill would require that the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) (1) establish temporary testing sites in an area where DOHMH has identified a Legionnaires’ disease cluster, (2) publicize information about testing sites in the cluster area, (3) submit reports to the Council about services offered and individuals serviced at temporary testing sites, and (4) develop and maintain a digital map of Legionnaire’s disease testing sites in NYC.
