No. 1033 By Council Members Felder, Louis and Schulman ..Title A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to making certain informational requirements for notices concerning rent increase exemption programs discretionary ..Body Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subdivision c of section 11-138 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 13 for the year 2016, is amended by adding a new paragraph 3 to read as follows: 3. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 of this subdivision, the commissioner of finance may, in their discretion, omit information otherwise required to be included in a notice pursuant to such paragraph where including such information would not promote the goals of the senior citizen rent increase exemption or disability rent increase exemption program. § 2.
