Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Subdivision k of section 19-504.2 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by section 3 of local law number 83 for the year 1997, is hereby REPEALED.
�2. This local law shall be deemed to be effective as of October 29, 1997; provided, however, that the time period beginning on October 29, 1997 and terminating on the day this-local law is signed by the mayor shall not be included in any calculation of a one hundred eighty day period pursuant to subdivision f of section 19-504.2 of the administrative code of the city of New York.
