Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter five of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-504.1 to read as follows: �19-504.1 Limitation on licensed commuter vans. a. There shall be no more than four hundred and fifty commuter vans licensed to operate within the city of New York at any one time, including any commuter vans authorized to operate by the state department of transportation, the taxi and limousine commission or any other governmental agency. �2.
