Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section one. Section 8-107 of chapter one of title eight of the administrative code of the city of New York is hereby amended by the addition of new subdivision eleven, to read as follows: ?8-107.11. The owner of any multiple dwelling, containing six or more units, shall post a sign, with characters of a size prescribed by the commissioner of buildings, in a conspicuous place and manner, containing the following language: "It is against the law to discriminate against a tenant because of his or her age, race, creed, color, national origin, sex or sexual orientation. If you believe that you are being harassed by building employees, you have a right to file a complaint. Address you complaints to: 1.
