Be it in enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 2 of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-213 to read as follows:
�19-213 Any respondent before the parking violations bureau may designate any other person to represent such respondent.
�2. This local law shall take effect immediately after its enactment into law.
