Be it enated by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 15-117 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to read as follows: �15-117 Members of force; police officers. [In the performance of their duties, the] The chief fire marshal, deputy chief fire marshals, supervising fire marshals and fire marshals shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of police officers in the state. �2.
