Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 4 of title 24 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 24-416.1 to read as follows: �24-416.1 Electrical conductors to be underground in Richmond County. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, all electrical conductors installed in Richmond county after January 1, 2004 shall be underground. �2. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its enactment into law.
