Be it enacted by the Council: Section 1. Section 16-125 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to read as follows: §16-125 Dumping snow and ice from piers. The commissioner may not cause or authorize snow [and] or ice to be dumped into the waters of the port of New York [, between the piers near the inshore ends]. §2. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its enactment into law.
