Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 25-304 of the administrative code of the City of New York is hereby amended by adding a new subdivision c to read as follows: c. In the event that the commission shall establish or impose a fee, whether by rule or otherwise, in connection with the granting or consideration of an application for a certificate of no effect pursuant to section 25-306 or an application for a certificate of appropriateness pursuant to sections 25-307, 25-308 or 25-309, such fee shall not exceed five hundred ($500.00) dollars. Section 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
