Full text
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, during the period of September 4, 2004 through September 5, 2004 metered parking shall be completely suspended within the area in the borough of Manhattan bounded by and including the south side of 30th Street, the west side of Tenth Avenue, the north side of 36th Street and the east side of Park Avenue.
§2. This local law shall take effect immediately after it is enacted into law.
