Full text
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section One. Section 3-216 of subchapter 2 of title 3 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new paragraph 3 to subdivision (d), to read as follows:
(3) All such periodic reports shall be made available online at the official website of the city clerk, and shall be kept on such website for five years.
§2. This law shall take effect six months after the date of enactment.
