Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Title 7 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new chapter 9 to read as follows: Chapter 9 Public Administrators §7-901 Compensation. §7-901 Compensation. The public administrators of the counties within the city shall receive as compensation ninety percent of the amount paid to the judges of the surrogate’s court of the counties within the city. §2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
