Full text
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph 5 of subdivision e of section 24-223 of the administrative code of the city of New York as amended by local law number 113 for the year 2005 is REPEALED.
§2. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
