Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subchapter 2 of chapter 1 of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-163.1 to read as follows: §19-163.1 Suspension of parking regulations during snow storms. All alternate side of the street parking regulations shall be suspended during any snow storm that causes the department of sanitation to suspend its street sweeping operations. §2. This local law shall take effect thirty days after it is enacted into law. PH LS # 2617, 2688 12.15.08 - 5:30 pm
