Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 19-169 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subdivision (e) to read as follows: e. Any notice of violation issued to the registered owner of a passenger motor vehicle as a result of such vehicle being parked in front of a private driveway or curb cut shall be dismissed when a hearing officer of the parking violations bureau makes a determination that such private driveway or curb cut was constructed without the appropriate valid permits from the department and the department of buildings. §2.
