Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 14-176 to read as follows: �14-176. Parking Violations and Illegal Driveways. The department shall not issue a violation to a vehicle for illegally parking in a driveway, pursuant to section 4-08 of title 34 of the rules of the city of new york, unless an officer first confirms that such driveway was legally constructed or modified. �2.
