Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subchapter 2 of chapter one of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-163.2 to read as follows: §19-163.2 Limitations on alternate side of the street parking days. Alternate side of the street parking regulations shall be in effect no more than two days per week in any zoning district designated as residential under the New York city zoning resolution; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any street with a roadway width greater than thirty feet or on any street where meters regulate parking on such street. §2.
