Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 12 of chapter one of the New York city charter is amended by adding a new subsection f to read as follows: f. (1) Not later than December 15 each year, the board of elections of the city of New York shall provide to the council information regarding its actual performance for the first four months of the current fiscal year relative to the program performance goals and measures established for such year by the council in consultation with the mayor, which the council may, at its discretion, provide to the mayor for inclusion in the preliminary management report. (2) Not later than August 1 each year, the board of elections of the city of New York shall provide to the council information regarding its actual performance for the entire previous fiscal year relative to the program performance goals and measures established for such year by the council in consultation with the mayor, which the council may, at its discretion, provide to the mayor for inclusion in the management report. §2.
