Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter one of title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 14-154 to read as follows: � 14-154 For-hire vehicle warning alert system. Within one hundred and eighty days of the effective date of the local law that added this section, the commissioner shall implement a system that will allow law enforcement officers to instantly upload to department computers images from any in-vehicle camera system that is currently installed in a for-hire vehicle. �2.
