Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Subchapter 2 of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-163.3 to read as follows:
� 19-163.3. No parking meter or muni-meter shall be activated on Asian Lunar New Year.
� 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
