Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 19-163 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subdivision d to read as follows: d. The department shall suspend all alternate side of the street parking rules on the day a primary election is held. � 2. This local law shall take effect immediately upon enactment into law.
